What are media relations?

Media relations refer to the relationship between an organization, brand or person and the media. It includes all activities that help build and strengthen the relationship between the two parties. This includes online and offline press releases, interviews, blog posts, press conferences, social media campaigns, and more. The goal of media relations is to create and convey a positive image of the organization, brand or person to the public.
