Inbound and Outbound Marketing: What's the Difference?

01/09/2023 | by Patrick Fischer, M.Sc., Founder & Data Scientist: FDS
Inbound marketing is a marketing strategy that focuses on capturing consumers' interest and providing them with content that attracts them and encourages them to interact. It is a targeted approach that allows potential customers to actively connect with your brand. Outbound marketing is an advertising-based strategy that aims to connect with potential customers. It includes techniques such as direct marketing, TV advertising, print advertising, radio advertising, and other traditional advertising techniques aimed at reaching as many people as possible.
