01/03/2023 | by Patrick Fischer, M.Sc., Founder & Data Scientist: FDS

1. First, you should search online for a list of contact persons who are responsible for the relevant department. This can be done via search engines or company websites, for example.

2. After you have found the relevant contact details, you should send an e-mail to the relevant contact person. In this e-mail, you should briefly explain what you need and how you would like to be contacted.

3. If you do not want to be contacted by e-mail, you can also make a phone call. Be sure to speak as briefly and accurately as possible.

4. If you need to contact more than one contact:inside, you can also send a mass email. This saves time and is an efficient way to contact many people at once.
