What is entrepreneurial Thinking?

  • Willingness to Take Risks: The ability to take risks and accept uncertainties.
  • Execution Skills: The ability to translate innovative ideas into concrete actions and business models.
  • Flexibility: A willingness to adapt to changes and find new ways.

Entrepreneurial thinking is relevant not only for entrepreneurs but also for professionals within organizations who aim to drive innovative solutions and enhance competitiveness.
