Referral marketing is a form of marketing in which companies try to attract new customers by encouraging existing customers to recommend their products or services to friends and family. This is often accomplished through discounts, rewards, or special offers that encourage referrals to be passed along. A marketing strategy is a plan that determines how a company will market its products or services. A marketing strategy looks at target markets, product features, pricing, promotional activities, distribution channels, and customer service. It is a complex process that relates to all aspects of marketing from a brand. The goal of a marketing strategy is to identify target markets, identify and market the right products, and reach customers to increase sales.
