As a freelancer, there are several ways to get jobs. On the one hand, you can build your own customer base by advertising via social media or your own website, for example. On the other hand, you can also go to online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer or Fiverr and register there to find jobs. Participating in freelancer networks and contacting companies and agencies that are looking for a freelancer can also be a good way to generate jobs.

Finding clients for freelancers is not always easy. The best way to find clients is to join a network of like-minded people. This includes social networks such as LinkedIn, XING or Twitter, but also special networks for freelancers, such as Freelancermap.de. It is also possible to find new clients through recommendations and contacts from acquaintances and friends. Another way to find clients is to apply on job boards or on special platforms for freelancers, such as fiverr.com or upwork.com.
