A testimonial is a personal testimonial in which a person expresses their experiences, opinions or feelings about a particular product or service. Testimonials can come from individuals or groups and are usually positive, but sometimes negative. Testimonials are often used in advertising campaigns to encourage the potential customer to buy the product or service.
